An accomplished strategic Finance and Business Transformation Consultant with demonstrated leadership and performance enhancement capabilities.  With an international broad and deep background in Finance, IT, Investor Relations and Program Management, combined with strong communication and business stakeholder engagement expertise, Adrian has a proven ability to develop and execute business strategy with outstanding success.

Adrian prides himself on demonstrating visible passion and energy to truly motivate and inspire those he works with.  He is a clear thinker with the ability to simplify complex businesses and processes and translate these into easily understood key strategic business drivers and objectives that deliver results.

Adrian is a Certified Practicing Accountant and was elected onto the Council of CPA Australia European Branch during 2008/9 where he was instrumental in driving CPA’s European strategy and delivered the first European CPA conference held in Amsterdam.

In late 2016 Adrian together with an associate, Nicholas Huffels, developed a holistic Strategic Transformation Framework which they now utilise with their clients through his newly formed consulting company, Strategic Impact Pty Ltd.

Adrian is passionate about identifying opportunities to unlock value in organisations and working with those driven by the same sense of purpose…to make a difference!

He enjoys tennis, AFL and golf, loves his coffee and doesn’t mind a nice glass of red.

Nick is an expert Business Strategy and Transformation Consultant with who has materially improved organisational performance through successful strategy execution across the globe.

Nick has delivered marketing, strategy, and large-scale transformation in resources and industrial sectors. Major successes have been attained in implementing strategy in businesses world wide (including China), designing and implementing corporate and business unit strategic objectives, streamlining organisations, implementing enterprise performance management approaches, and supporting post-merger integration.

Nick is driven by understanding extreme human perfomance and how the concepts can translate to an organisational context.  He seeks an organisational focus that is executing well and high performing, essentially “humming” and delivering value at all levels.

He enjoys snowboarding, surfing, tennis, and travelling.  Like Adrian, he doesn’t mind a nice glass of red.

Ant is a Business Psychologist with a diverse background as a Facilitator and Business Speaker. Specialising in leadership development and sales performance, Ant brings over 10 years’ experience working with a wide range of leading organisations across Asia Pacific.

For the past 8 years Ant has worked as a Director for leadership consulting firm and established their Melbourne Office. While there he sponsored numerous key accounts including Telstra Channel Management, Estée Lauder, Asciano, AustralianSuper, Fitness First, Allergan, Tabcorp, Allianz and Simplot. Ant is highly experienced as a facilitator for groups of all sizes and audiences of all levels. Ant now runs Modus Leadership Development, a business consultancy in Melbourne.

Ant is a thought leader in executive education who has helped clients boost their leadership capability, develop new service delivery models, innovate in mature markets, improve their sales effectiveness and develop impactful consulting and presenting skills. He has taught negotiation techniques throughout Europe, facilitated large conference events for audiences of up to 200 Senior Leaders with clients such as Allianz, Westpac & Asciano and delivered keynotes for groups of over 1000 people.

Early in his career Ant worked as a Sport Psychologist to Olympians and International Sports Teams. For a decade, Ant’s focus was on helping elite athletes achieve peak performance in some of the most challenging competitive environments on the planet.

A current world-championship athlete, Ant applies his own leadership theories around mental toughness, resilience, bravery and self-awareness to the competitive sport of freediving. After ranking in the top handful of athletes in the world for his sport, Ant’s next challenge is become the deepest man under ice. He plans to break the World Record deep under the ice cap at the North Pole in 2018. See www.theicediver.com
